The three primary personas represent real, living and breathing people who will engage with our product. I have created these personas based on our customer business types. SCO stands for small company owners, Trader is who has a business and visits stores often. HORECA businesses are Hotel, restaurant and catering customers who are the bulk buyers and also have the option to receive products to their business address.
