ebikee is a niche marketplace for second-hand e-bikes in Germany, designed and built end-to-end as a lean product experiment.
I led the full product lifecycle — from product positioning and UX strategy to technical architecture and production deployment.
The app was built using a lean low-code stack (FlutterFlow, Supabase) supported by AI-assisted development workflows, enabling rapid iteration and launch within four weeks.
